Parkland Kitchen and Bath requires a “Retainer/Design Fee,” to produce suggested drawings, sketches and concepts to help you examine options and cost.

Our design staff spends many hours on suggested plans and ideas for your home.

Upon approval of our designs and signing an agreement to purchase your project from Parkland Kitchen and Bath, all or part of the Retainer/Design Fee, is applied to the initial project deposit depending on the actual work purchased.
