Jaime Rapp
Jaime holds a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Florida State University and has over 20 years experience in the design industry.
As a certified Kitchen & Bath Designer with NKBA, not only is Jaime constantly in the know regarding new trends and materials, but she holds a State Residential Contractor license and is 100% dedicated to getting your job done from start to finish in a timely manner with her reputable work crew.
Listening to her clients’ needs and paying close attention to detail have earned Jaime her success as a referral based business.
Ellen Lucoff
Ellen is the backbone of the office operation. As the Office Manager she provides direct administrative support to our designers.
She is tasked with many duties such as answering phones, ordering materials, setting up deliveries to job sites, contacting clients to obtain important information, setting up inspections with the building department and a host of other things on a day to day basis.
She provides support to everyone in the office in one way or another.
Project Manager
Bonnie is our highly driven project manager with deep roots in the construction industry. She demonstrates exceptional organization skills and a natural ability to lead. These qualities, combined with her love for construction and design, led her to pursue a career with Parkland Kitchen and Bath.
Her expertise, along with her ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors alike, quickly garnered attention and respect within the company. She is continually recognized for her dedication, professionalism, and ability to provide innovative solutions for our clients. As a project manager, Bonnie oversees a diverse range of projects, from kitchen and bath remodels to large-scale full house renovations. She is known for her meticulous planning, ensuring that every project is executed smoothly.
Through her expertise, passion and leadership, she is transforming spaces, one project at a time, leaving a lasting impression on the clients she serves and the industry she loves.

The concept of Parkland Kitchen & Bath, was conceived by Mrs. Jaime Rapp the owner of the company in 2010. Her concept was to create a Residential Contracting firm that specialized in Home Renovations who actually cared about every single aspect involved in surpassing all others and achieving excellence in the industry. It is now 2021, and we can proudly say that this milestone has not only been achieved, but is surpassing any expectations imagined.
